Corporate Concierge

ASSIGNMENTS

The Employee Loyalty Corporate Concierge is responsible for fielding and fulfilling personal and professional requests from the onsite clients and corporate employees, including making arrangements and reservations. Primary delivery channels are walk-up, phone, email, and web requests. Exceeds the expectations of the clients by creating and building experiences that leverage direct/personal knowledge of the client’s personality and needs.

Must be energetic, polished and creative. You will join a dynamic team, eager to offer a service that meets the highest expectations of our premium clients.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • You will strive to exceed client objectives of utilization, brand recognition, and service beyond expectation.
  • You will conduct researches, offer recommendations, and fulfill on customer requests, including activities, reservations, events, ticketing, and gifts.
  • Perform client errands such as shopping, taking client cars for servicing, pet care, and other personal errands requested.
  • Must possess a reliable vehicle and be familiar with the surrounding area.
  • Provide Program Benefit Support, delivering on the client value proposition.
  • Deliver exceptional client experience/service while taking into account fiscal responsibility.
  • Sharing insight/feedback received through interactions with the client members to the Manager.
  • Adheres to account program rules and requirements.
  • Ensures that all client changes in program are executed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Adheres to all invoicing and reporting requirements and deadlines.
  • Executes all marketing initiatives within guidelines set by manager and client.
  • Escalates any and all issues to direct supervisor immediately.
  • Adhere to PCI compliance standards.
  • Attendance and punctuality.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Passion for delivering exceptional service consistently
  • Familiarity with the San Antonio/surrounding area
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as shopping, lifting up to 30 lbs, and driving client cars.
  • Valid driver’s license, vehicle registration and reliable transportation
  • College degree and/or previous experience in Hospitality, Customer Service, Travel and Tourism industry is preferred
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Organizational skills and respect for deadlines
  • Possess an exemplary positive attitude and professionalism
  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Proficiently handle internet navigation and research
