Classroom Management Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking highly qualified, educators, administrators, presenters or facilitators to provide professional development and in-service trainings for primary through secondary schools and districts across the country (including public, private and charter schools).

You have the choice to remain in your current position and train with CTE on ‘off days’ or train on a more consistent basis. As a consultant, you may work in your regional area or travel to work in another state – you will determine what is best for you. Some of our trainers also serve internationally.

You must enjoy training and staff development. You will train educators to use our evidence-based and highly successful Classroom Management or Differentiated Instruction strategies – we are seeking trainers for both programs.

The strategies we teach are proven to help teachers, students, and schools succeed together on a level they never thought possible.

Every consultant serves as an independent contractor, which allows for unlimited flexibility and earning potential. You are your own boss; you make it happen and we will help you along the way.

Applicants who meet the requirements will be invited to attend one of our next 4-day train the trainer sessions:

April 27-30 in Las Vegas, NV

May 11-14 in Atlanta, GA

Please note: this position does NOT pay hourly or a salary . This is a contract assignment. Qualifications

Successful consultants include current or retired teachers, administrators, counselors, behavior specialists, staff development coordinators, coaches and professional speakers. They understand the challenges teachers face in the classroom and recognize the opportunity to help students and educators succeed.

All consultants share the following qualifications:
Strong presentation and facilitation skills

Experience in the field of education – prefer certified or retired educators but relevant experience may be considered

High degree of professionalism

Desire to help educators and students succeed

Entrepreneurial spirit
