Business Systems Analyst

POSITION PURPOSE

Contribute and evangelize the execution of business intelligence vision and strategy, in alignment with leadership priorities, business stakeholder requirements, and business unit requirements. Develop integration between data ware house and various systems like SAP ERP, Salesforce, etc., and build reports, dashboards using our cloud based analytics tools to achieve data-driven decisions.

Work closely with business process owners, SAP / Salesforce analysts to understand critical business daily / weekly / monthly reports. Prioritize and create all the reports in our new ‘Planned to be implemented’ Cloud analytics tool.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

Work closely with vendors during project implementation to understand and learn the enterprise data warehouse platform & analytics tool best practices.

As a project team member, develop integration between cloud data warehouse platform and business operations systems like SAP ERP, Salesforce, C4C, Concur, etc., together with implementation partner.

Prepare, consolidate, update and maintain technical specifications, functional specifications & training manuals relevant to project and post project maintenance activities.

During the project, work with the business team to identify appropriate project scope, evaluate blueprint requirements, and prioritize requests.

Ensure data warehouse and analytics solutions are efficiently integrated to satisfy all business requirements.

Post go-live, work closely with business process owners, SAP / Salesforce analysts to understand critical business daily / weekly / monthly reports. Prioritize and create all the reports in Cloud Analytics tool.

Design test plans, execute test scenarios, validate test data, and document test results

Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education/Certification:
Bachelor degree required.

Required Knowledge:
Prior knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform/HANA database, SAP Hybris & C4C, SAP ERP

Good understanding of Database Design Concepts, SAP Master Data Management, BODS, ETL, OLTP and OLAP services.

Prior experience working with SAP ERP, Salesforce and/or other cloud services will be helpful.

Hands on Excel, Macro, Tables and VBA experience.

Experience Required:
5 or more years of relevant work experience.
