What you’ll do on a typical day:
Provide oversight and support to offshore Accounts Payable Clerks including customer service, contract compliance and invoice entry; resolve issue escalations related to vendors, customers, and employees regarding status of payment

Enter urgent invoices into the Oracle accounting system

Monitor invoices to ensure payment is processed in a timely manner

Assist with the completion of daily incoming mail and scanning duties

Assist in daily Oracle invoice import processing

Provide support on special projects

Collaborate with team to improve overall department efficiency

What you need to succeed at XPO:At a minimum, you’ll need:
High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education, training, or experience

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Oracle AP, or other Enterprise Resource Planning system

It’d be great if you also have:
Coursework in accounting or finance

Accounts Payable experience

Excellent interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and get along with diverse personalities

Strong time management skills with ability to multitask and prioritize workloads

Solid aptitude for understanding and analyzing large amounts of data from multiple sources; problem-solving skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills; communicate effectively with peers, offshore Accounts Payable employees, and supervisor
