MOJA is seeking a Web Developer. In this role you are responsible for a wide range of tasks including developing presentation graphics, logos, and other design products as well as supporting photography, motion video, and green screen work. You with backgrounds and degrees in art related fields with an ability to enable ideas using technology are ideal for this position. You will be technical versatile, have solid drafting skills, be stylistically flexible, have intellectual and artistic curiosity, have a collaborative spirit, be a self-initiating problem solver, and use both humor and sarcasm to communicate during production.

What you’re required to have (Demonstrated hands on experience with):

1. You with backgrounds and degrees in art related fields with an ability to enable ideas using technology are ideal for this position. Specifically, animators with degrees in computer animation, computer science or similar, or in art-related subjects, included design and graphics would be appropriate. Yous must present a strong portfolio for review and be able to generate original design and layout ideas to support professional publishing requirements.

2. You will need a strong working knowledge of Microsoft and Adobe product lines, such as Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Indesign, MS Power Point and MS Excel. Additionally, they will need the ability to conceive and produce professionally edited short “trailer” videos for a variety of uses for this position.

3. Five to ten years working in commercial graphics production, animation film production studios and/or video game development. Animator “generalists” with hands-on experience working a wide variety of tasks like story boarding, scripting, rigging, layouts, rendering, lighting, surfacing, modeling, post-production and special effects, prototyping, 3D modeling, markerless facial mapping, live rendering, and photo-real high definition resolution imaging are all needed.

What we prefer you have (Demonstrated hands on experience with):

1. At least five years advanced professional graphics or 3D animation experience.

2. managing small teams.

3. with Python and Javascript skills.

4. Working knowledge of three or more of these software editing packages and the ability to learn others.
