Help Desk IT Tier One

Experience Requirements: Entry level – however experience preferred

Other Job Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Windows computers
  • Entrepreneurial spirit,
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to work independently and contribute to the team,
  • High degree of initiative and passion for technology.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Job Purpose – Helpdesk duties

  • Answering phones/ escalating calls if needed
  • Monitor board when dispatch is out
  • Communicating reoccurring issues to team

Schedule:

Full-time

40 hours/week

Monday – Friday, 9.00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Educational Requirements:

  • S. Diploma required
  • S. degree preferred
  • Industry certifications preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $10.00 to $14.00 /hour

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent
