Web Application Developer

Web Application Developers at Axonom help create browser-based applications for CRM, PRM, and e-commerce. They participate in an agile development process along with other members of our team, and manage their own schedule and tasks in order to meet deadlines and goals. They work with architects and designers, both within Axonom and sometimes with customers, to help them make sound decisions. And above all, they devote themselves to learning, refining their craft, improving their skills, and challenging themselves and our team to set the bar a little higher.

Web Application Development is based in our Minneapolis office, where a young, tightly-knit team of professionals tackles the problems of the day. Responsibilities

• Build and extend web applications on top of our enterprise application platform
• Participate in iterative development cycles with the rest of the team
• Keep up on relevant technology trends, tools, patterns, and best practices
• Assist with application packaging and deployment
• Advise Axonom colleagues and customers on application capabilities and limitations
• Continually look for opportunities to improve your skillset and our product offering

Requirements

• 2 – 4 years solid related experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Hands-on technical experience with relevant technologies:
  • HTML 5
  • CSS
  • Canvas and SVG
  • JavaScript
  • JavaScript frameworks including jQuery and AngularJS
  • JSON
  • ASP.NET Web Forms or MVC
  • .NET programming in C#
  • Consuming web services over HTTP
• Experience with graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, etc.) a plus
• Experience with T-SQL and/or Microsoft SQL Server a plus
