Business Project Manager

The Business Project Manager will execute on Product Development projects to manage multiple work streams and align to project milestones. These projects are typically complex, long cycle projects designed to achieve management objectives for revenue and NPS targets. The Business Project Manager will be highly engaged across functional areas and is accountable for overall project execution and success.

Primary Responsibilities:

Creating and maintaining project documentation – Project Plan, IRAAD, Status Reports
Identifying and developing mitigation plans for issues affecting product launch; driving issues to closure
Reporting out to executive leadership on project status,
Facilitating working meetings for collaborating work teams
Adhering to departmental templates and standards

This role will challenge your ability to work on complex projects where deadlines and scope shift frequently. You’ll need flexibility, agility and the ability to adapt to change while maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders in a highly cross-matrixed environment.

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
3+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions
Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Experience managing project budget and forecasting
Agile experience/knowledge
Must be able to work in Eden Prairie office as relocation will not be offered

Preferred Qualifications:

PMP Certification
Agile Certification
Healthcare and/or PBM experience
Product Development experience
