Understanding the agent and their product as well as their requirements

Full understanding and follow through of all procedures and policies

Adhere to turn around times

Understanding the supplier’s product

Build relationships with suppliers

Actively source new products and ideas

Receiving, analysing and processing tour requests according to the company’s quality service delivery standards as set out in the procedure manual

QUALIFICATIONS

Matric / Grade 12

Travel & Tourism Qualification or relevant tertiary qualification would be advantageous

SALARY

The salary for this position is competitive and dependent on relevant experience.
