Tech Lead

DESCRIPTION:

Clevertech is looking for a Tech Lead to join our worldwide team. Develop world class software products for the most exclusive companies in the world.

• 75% of your time coding the riskiest requirements and leading the technical strategy;
• 25% of your time project management.

REQUIREMENTS:

Clevertech looks for craftsmen developers who take ownership of their code. You can deliver quickly while being clever to avoid missteps. You have an effective positive attitude that shines as you show your care about the client’s concerns as well as a colleague’s concerns. You are always learning and are transparent communicator even when it is challenging.

Technically, you are senior developer yourself and you have over 3 years of experience in leading software development teams. New tools are great, but fundamentals of data structures, design patterns, and programming practices are what deliver projects. Our standard projects use Full Stack Javascript, however we also other technologies such as Python, Clojure, Go and on occasion Java or C++ .

Well qualified applicants will have deep experiences in the latest libraries and programming techniques. You have accomplishments that showcase your capabilities.
