Staff Accountant – Accounting Pipeline Program

NOV’s Accounting Pipeline program consists of 3 to 4 six month rotations through a variety of accounting roles with the goal of transitioning participants into senior accounting or finance roles after 18 to 24 months in the program. Participants will spend one six month rotation in Internal Audit working with experienced internal audit teams on projects that could include operational and compliance audits, SOX internal controls audits and fraud investigations. The remaining rotations will cover a variety of NOV business units including roles in general ledger accounting and financial planning and analysis; working closely with business unit controllers and operations.

BS or Masters of Accounting

Recent graduate or 1-2 years public accounting experience

Strong MS Office skills including Advanced Excel skills
