Sr. Systems Analyst

Analyze users’ business requirements to improve and develop new and enhanced PeopleSoft ERP functions. Architect and design PeopleSoft solutions to meet user needs in terms of functionality, performance, scalability, and reliability. Work closely with business stakeholders and vendors/development partners to understand users’ needs. Drive technical designs to consensus and approval by Architecture Review Team. Design and develop enterprise solutions for specific business need that provide frameworks, interfaces and services that can be extended and reused for future requirements. Understand and contribute to Enterprise IT strategies. Understand compliance regulations and adhere to development guidelines. Work on several development initiatives concurrently and provide subject matter expertise in areas of enterprise and ERP/EPM strategy and execution. Lead and train junior developers (onsite and offshore) on a project to deliver results.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical field, followed by 7 years of ERP professional experience in the job offered, or related capacity(ies).
