Overview
The Administrator’s primary responsibility is to deploy, configure and implement the company’s leading Identity Governance (IGA) solution to meet company requirements. This role will also, support the team that is responsible for proactively monitoring of system capacity, utilization, and performance to avoid negative business impact. The Administrator provides Tier 1 and 2 technical support for the environments they support, they work incidents and requests through a ticketing queue.

Duties and Responsibilities

General

  • Stay current on supported technologies through various training opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes, procedures and policies relating to administrative function
  • Travel less than 25%
  • Participate in 24 x 7 on call rotation
  • Physical demands with activity or condition may include occasional to rare amount of time include walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
  • May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 50lbs

  • Wintel Admin

  • Maintain and enhance server platforms and related computing environments including cloud and on premise virtual and physical server hardware, operating systems, applications software and all configurations
  • Demonstrate professional level experience in diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve: hardware, software or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary
  • Operate master consoles to monitor the performance of computer systems and networks, and to coordinate server access and use
  • Coordinate and implement server and systems security measures to protect data, software and hardware
  • Lifecycle and Asset management – tracking and identification of all team supported hardware and software

  • Qualifications


    Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or technical degree in related field or equivalent experience
  • 3 or more years of expert level experience in Infrastructure administration as it relates to the hardware and software components that align to technologies supported at Southern Glazers
  • Good verbal/written communication skills
  • Self-starter / motivated
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to diagnose when a system or environment has a problem, issue or fault and resolve
  • Ability to create, read, analyze and interpret technical diagrams and written procedures
  • Strong team player who can work across multiple functions
  • Familiarity with ITIL concepts

  • Preferred Qualifications

    Qualifications also include:

  • 3-6 years of industry experience in customization, configuration and deployment of any Identity Management and Governance products such as Saviynt or SailPoint
  • Thorough domain knowledge on the below areas of IGA
  • User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning and Reconciliation
  • Auditing, Reporting and user activity Monitoring
  • Access Certification
  • SOD
  • Possess professional level industry certification(s)
  • Certified Identity Management Professional (CIMP)
  • 5 or more years of expert level experience in Infrastructure administration as it relates to the hardware and software components that align to technologies supported at Southern Glazers
  • Strong technical presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to work tickets, incidents and outages
  • ITIL Foundation certified

  • Specialized Skills and Technologies

  • 5+ years of administrative experience in an environment supporting 300+ production Microsoft Windows servers
  • 3+ years of experience providing administrative experience in an environment supporting Linux operating system
  • 5+ years of experience supporting VMware Virtual Infrastructures
  • 4+ years of experience supporting server hardware platforms such as: Cisco UCS, Dell, HP
  • 2+ year(s) of experience supporting cloud infrastructures such as: Azure, AWS
  • 2+ years of experience supporting and tuning administration tools such as SolarWinds & MS SCOM

  • Specialized knowledge

  • Knowledge of Web Services (REST/SOAP)
  • Knowledge of security/authorization model of popular enterprise and SaaS applications like SAP, Salesforce, Microsoft Office 365, etc
  • Experience in Powershell, Unix Shell/Perl scripting, Batch Jobs
  • Operating Systems – Microsoft, Linux
  • Hypervisor – VMWare
  • Server Manufactures – HP, Dell, Cisco, IBM
  • Cloud providers – Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS
  • Knowledge of network components (WAN and LAN)
  • Working knowledge of storage and data protection technologies

  • Ability to analyze and solve problems, thinks outside of the box and grasps technical concepts
  • Ability to arrange processes or data in order or patterns specific to polices, processes, or system requirements.
