Solution Delivery Analyst

Collaborate with business partners to find alternatives and solutions to business challenges working closely with Finance. Engage business client early; effectively building solid relationships and pushing IT value upstream. Collects and analyzes data and
input from multiple external and internal sources and organizes into actionable solutions. Provides added value to Spirit by formulating decision analytics through BI Solutions. Provides analysis, interpretation, and resolution of problems and projects in
Solution Delivery Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure data quality and integrity is highlighted and maintained by standardization of data definitions. Highlight data outliers within standard reports and dashboards.
• Monitor reports to ensure data refreshes and ensure data loads are up to dat. Report any discrepancies to the appropriate BI developer.
• Prepare end users to understand, update and develop their own reports.
• Approve technical implementation meets business needs.
• Performance of Direct Reports.
• Leads a team of analysts for specific project delivery.
• Decide when report or analytical solution is ready for UAT.

Required skills/experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

• 1 + years of product and/or program management roles, managing projects in an enterprise-scale environment.
• 1 + years of analytical/data analysis documentation and solution development.
• 1 + years’ experience in testing solutions and leading analysts.
• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree in related area.
• Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products e.g. Project, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
• Experience with SharePoint and/or Project Management Portfolio applications.
• Experience in Financial Systems Management preferred.
• Experience in development of reports utilizing standard BI tools and development of requirements documentation preferred.
• Business Intelligence work experience using SAP business objects application strongly preferred.
