Software Engineer

On this position you will work with various Intel business units to accelerate critical products and grow technology development in strategic areas. We make it easier to go faster on the most important and impactful products and technologies across the company such as Autonomous Driving, Virtual Reality, 5G, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, IoT, Memory, etc.

We are Flex Engineering Services part of Product Professional Technical Services PPTS – the premier burst capacity PPV Pay per View consulting group in Intel. We serve internal business units by providing software development, project management, and process and tool optimization.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences.

Minimum Requirements:

• The candidate must possess an MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent degree on related fields.
• The candidate should have 3 to 5 years of experience in 3 or more of the following areas:

• Programming in C/C++.
• Python JavaDrivers.
• Programming under Linux/Windows platforms.
• Algorithm, OS internals, and Windows driver model
• Experience in developing multi-threaded applications
• Linux Kernel
• RTOS
• Experience in Open Source, and Embedded software developmentMiddleware software development

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in software development methodology including:

• Agile Scrum
• Continuous Integration
• Industry Standard Software design principles
• Source Code Management using Git, Jira, and GitHub.
