Software Developer Intern/Co-op

Candidate will have the opportunity to support Army, Intel and commercial aviation projects by using good design and development practices standard in the industry. Candidate will support the geospatial implementation on various programs, and should have excellent interdisciplinary knowledge. Must be comfortable working on a team of 2+ Software Developers of various skill levels in a multi-team environment.

Responsibilities

Candidate will develop tools in support of large-scale software development multi-installation products to include capabilities in:

Enterprise Server and Client environments

Android environments

Open Source (Stacks) and Alternative OSs

Geospatial Data Mining

Elastic Computing (Map Reduction, etc.)/Elastic Storage

Software as a Service (SaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS)

Qualifications and Experience

U.S. citizenship

Ability to obtain a security clearance. We will sponsor security clearances.

Sophomore, Junior, Senior or graduate student pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a related field

Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA

Desired Skills

Experience with one or more of the following:
