What part will you play?

• This position will serve as a lead social media analyst across TNT and TBS programming.
• They will be responsible for implementing a social media reporting process across all of the shows.
• This includes the capturing and aggregation of data (ie social listening) analysis of the data (ie paid media analysis, traditional digital/social analytics) and finally the distilling and reporting on the data.
• They will also be responsible for providing strategic support for the marketing teams.

What will you be doing?

Oversee reporting across all social media platforms including:

• Develop and maintain social reporting documents and templates.
• Present and merchandise these reports to stakeholders including internal teams, producers, talent, and other partners.
• Establish KPIs and goals and track them through the life of a campaign.
• Collaborate with marketing and research teams to develop audience profiles based on online user behavior. Collaborate with internal creative team, product development, and external agencies to provide best practices, KPIs and benchmarks to optimize creative/content during a campaign.
• Day-to-day communication and partnership with marketing, product development and research teams to track the trends between social engagement and the performance of other areas of the business (advertising, in-app engagement, viewership, etc.).
• Develop and manage relationships/scopes with analytics/reporting vendors, software companies and other organizations that support reporting/analytics.
• Develop relationships with digital platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Apple, etc.).
• Research trends, start-ups, and emerging media in order to innovate and develop prototypes, launch experiments, etc.
• Train internal departments/teams on new trends, consumer behavior, upcoming technologies and other industry practices.

What do we require from you?

• A minimum of 4 years of analytics and/or research experience either client or agency side. Entertainment brand experience a plus.
• Must be social media savvy with an extensive knowledge of social media platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Exceptional project management, organizational and multi-tasking skills in order to manage multiple creative agencies.
• Ability to coordinate with various types of people and personalities across multiple departments and levels of seniority.
• Good judgment, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Creative and collaborative work ethic.
• Positive attitude and high level of professionalism.
• Love of television and entertainment.
