We are looking for full-time/part-time ambassadors to work at Minneapolis-St Paul International Airport.

What’s Your Role?

• Create a friendly, inviting, and personalized guest experience in a fast paced environment.
• Drive membership enrollments through engaging travelers and educating them about the benefits of CLEAR
• Utilize superior verbal communication skills to engage with potential customers and members alike
• Function autonomously and with integrity keeping the CLEAR’s customers and business partners best interests in line
• Consistently demonstrate adherence to security procedures by validating airline documents, verifying CLEAR member traveler identification and following documented security protocols
• Using CLEAR technology to enroll and verify CLEAR members

What Qualities Will Make You A Success At CLEAR?

• Must have an outgoing personality and love talking and connecting with people
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Ability to answer a wide range of questions quickly and competently, problem-solve member issues.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and execute to them with 100% accuracy, in a fast paced and constantly changing environment

Job Requirements

• Previous hospitality or retail experience, a plus – we’ll teach you the rest!
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Ability to learn quickly in fast-paced, high volume environment
• Ability to comply with all security and safety guidelines, policies and procedures, and follow protocol thoroughly and consistently.
• Consistent focus on supporting and working seamlessly with your team members in an effort to complete the guest experience
• Ability to work non-standard hours and have flexibility in work schedules including the ability to work weekends and holidays
• Ability to meet individual sales goals
• Two years plus demonstrated excellent customer service or sales experience
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Ability to pass background check and drug test

And we pay pretty well… Our competitive wages include $13 / hour base in addition to uncapped commissions. On average, our current team members earn $19 / hour with base and commission combined but our top earners are making much, much more!
