Senior Manager Strategic Sourcing

Job Description:
CACI is seeking a dynamic, creative, forward-thinking leader to serve as our Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing.

The Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing will report to Vice President of Talent Acquisition and will be responsible for creating a best in class Talent Sourcing Center of Excellence to support CACI, a $4B enterprise. This metrics driven leader will create and execute strategies and initiatives to yield high caliber / high volume candidate pools for current and future positions across CACI. The selected candidate will create a service delivery model that optimizes sourcing specialists, sourcing tools, and CRM / ATS systems to yield robust pipelines of candidates that align with the core competencies and skills that support current and future CACI demand. The Senior Manager of Strategic Sourcing will build a team of exemplar sourcing specialists who understand the importance of developing and managing talent communities comprised of active and passive candidates. This person will create a sustainable networking framework that ensures candidates are well managed throughout the candidate life cycle and rally support from the TA organization and delivery teams to ensure the best possible candidate experience and establish CACI as the employer of choice.

Responsibilities will include:
Identifying and implementing innovative sourcing techniques, competitive intelligence, research, and talent mapping to develop diverse talent pools for designated business areas.

Developing and maintaining an enterprise wide networking framework that ensures exceptional candidate experience through pro-active communications and on-going candidate relationship management.

Develop an operating model that prioritizes sourcing demand and supply based on return on investment. Able to develop compelling business cases when additional investment is warranted.

Develop rigor and efficiency through processes that provide consistent delivery (ie. screening / interviewing notes, CRM/ATS interfaces).

Making recommendations of new ideas and strategies related to recruitment process that will contribute to the overall growth of the candidate pipeline.

Tracking of sourcing activity, using metrics and analytics to ensure there is a strong return on investment for channels and sources being utilized.

Collaborate with peers to establish a professional social media presence, brand awareness and employee value proposition that resonates with CACI values and makes CACI the employer of choice.

Motivate and coach a team of sourcing specialists to exceed just in time and long range demand.

Ability to set clear expectations and hold people accountable for delivery.

Proven experience delivering exceptional candidate slates (active and passive).

Experience recruiting and/or managing recruiters that support hiring in the cleared markets

Experience supporting federal government contracts, in-depth knowledge and experience supporting various contract types to include, Firm Fixed Price, Time & Materials, Cost Plus) as well as non-IDIQ and IDIQ single or multiple award contracts.

Computer proficiency in standard Microsoft Office applications is required, as is proficiency with one or more automated recruiting systems.

Ensuring compliance with CACI, Governmental and OFCCP regulations.

Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 10 years of related experience in staffing and/or human resources to include 7-9+ years of full-life cycle recruiting experience and/or sourcing experiencing.

Required Experience:

  • Keen sense of urgency and focus on accountability and delivering results.
  • Understanding of recruiting market trends and tools. Personal curiosity and drive for continuous improvement.
  • Experience serving as a talent advisor to business leaders. Ability to tell a story through numbers and articulate value add in a way that resonates with each leader’s unique targets, challenges and style.
  • Expertise in social media tools and campaigns.
  • Ability to streamline and optimize delivery model, processes and procedures.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills.
  • Agility and responsiveness to ever changing demand.
  • Previous management experience with proven team results.
  • Experience utilizing recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness of candidate sourcing efforts.

Desired Experience:

  • Experience conducting executive level searches
  • Familiar with Taleo and Workday
  • Well versed in recruiting market trends

Physical Demands :
Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
