Senior Implementation Project Manager

As a lead member of Clinicient’s implementation team, the Senior Implementation Project Manager is a key resource for both internal and external stakeholders. As a Senior Implementation Project Manager, you will be the main point of contact responsible for ensuring the smooth implementation of our software and services. The Senior Implementation Manager is not only responsible for our large and complex implementations but also acts as a mentor to the other members of the Project Management team. The Senior Implementation PM is a trusted adviser to stakeholders across the organization and is highly regarded amongst their peers.

The right candidate is customer focused and gains energy from problem solving and teaming with others on projects. The Senior Implementation Project Manager will also be the primary lead for onboarding new project managers, training existing team members on process and product related changes and will be responsible for ensuring PM specific documentation is up-to-date.

You will help lead implementation projects by owning and leading project management responsibilities for primarily large scale client projects that often times are custom in nature. This role will also act as a mentor for Project Managers who need additional support with various matters that hinder project success. E SS EN TIA L DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Supports the full project life cycle including requirements gathering, creation of project plans and schedules, obtaining and managing resources, managing budget, and facilitating project execution, deployment and closure.
  • Utilizes corporate and industry standard project management tools and techniques to effectively oversee projects.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation including meeting minutes, action items, issues lists and risk management plans.
  • Represents Client Success on cross-departmental initiatives. Makes sound decisions with minimal support.
  • Uses experience to provide floor support to Implementation team.
  • Monitors the creation of all project deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Provides recommendations on complex client specific issues that require time sensitive triaging.
  • Provides functional and technical knowledge across multiple business and technical areas.
  • Kaizen minded. Relentless pursuit of improvement.

E X P E R I ENC E AND EDUCATION

  • 5+ years or more of hands-on Client facing project management experience.
  • 2 years in a senior level capacity
  • Experience managing projects of a technical nature and comfortable working with technical roles
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
  • Experience leading interdepartmental initiatives
  • Experience working with data integration projects
  • PMP or Six Sigma Black Belt is preferred
  • Revenue Cycle Management experience preferred
  • Healthcare initiatives and Clinical programs experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree required

WORK ENVIRONMENT

This position is performed primarily in an office environment. Significant portions of the job require extended sedentary periods, constant work with computers (including extended period of keyboarding), and repetitive motion of hands and wrists.
