Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in visual design, UI/UX and/or visual identity.
• Bachelor’s degree, master’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• An outstanding portfolio demonstrating successful large-scale web / mobile design projects. Should reveal thought process and an ability to rapidly generate quality and creative ideas.
• The ability to quickly synthesize and translate research into actionable insights, concepts and solutions.
• The ability to design, iterate and prototype and an in-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• A desire to continuously improve the experience delivered to users.
• A thorough understanding of the latest responsive design principles and practices.
• A driven, efficient, collaborative work style and the ability to work closely with remote teams of strategists, designers, developers and managers to take design projects from concept to implementation.
• Ability to work with product and business stakeholders to quickly ideate and communicate concepts.
• Present proposed designs to cross-functional teams with varying degrees of knowledge, and identify and negotiate optimal trade-offs between business needs, user experience outcomes, and technology constraints.
• Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously and multi-task in an agile environment.
