We are looking to hire a SAP Analyst for our busy office and warehouse. The ideal candidate is energetic and positive, a team player with amazing collaborative skills, and has experience implementing new systems.

Job Duties:
Provides general support to SAP Business One users at Chosen Foods and Sesajal Corp by attending the requests and issues that may arise, developing reports and queries (either in a new project or ongoing operations) and by keeping the system updated.

Assist employees with SAP recurrent problems, remotely or in person by attending the issues that are registered in our service management system.

SAP Business One implementation experience and user training

Support to new projects (implementations, updates, etc.) by developing, configuring or installing the system, training SAP Business One users

Prepares users by conducting training; providing information; resolving problems.

Provides information by answering questions and requests.

Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

SAP Analyst Skills and Qualifications:
1-2 Years in a similar position

Business processes

ITIL best practices

Promoting Process Improvement

Problem Solving

Attention to Detail

Technical Knowledge:
SAP BusinessOne (Intermediate)

B1up (desired)

Crystal Reports

MS Office

Windows Server

Presenting Technical Information

Operating Systems (windows server, windows 7, windows 10)

Other Skills/Specialties:
Strong sense of urgency and desire to learn and thrive in a challenging environment

Excellent internal and external customer service skills

Flexibility with shifting priorities

Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Works well with a team, patient, and able to work under pressure

Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field

Compensation : Depending on job knowledge and experience; Benefits include, company bonus plan, 3 weeks PTO, FSA, 401k, health plan contribution, 10 paid holidays/year
