As a Project Manager at Guru you will be critical to our mission to use technology to make cultural centers more fun. We bring museums into the 21st century through the use of proximity awareness, interactive mobile solutions full of interesting videos, audio recordings and augmented reality experiences. The Project Manager Guru position will be responsible for planning and overseeing the complete onboarding of a new client while maintaining ongoing projects and client relationships.

With your organizational and people skills we will successfully implement our cutting edge technology in 9 major cultural centers before the end of 2017. Our team has already worked with Balboa Park, The Space Needle, The San Diego Museum of Art, the USS Iowa Battleship Museum and others.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing clients through the onboarding and content creation process.
• Managing a team of creative professionals to meet ambitious deadlines.
• Establishing realistic and accurate project forecasts.
• Tracking project progress daily and reporting to management any foreseeable delays ahead of time.
• Working with certified vendors to ensure timely delivery of creative assets.
• Creating and implementing organizational systems to be used in all aspects of the business.
• Strategically helping our partners achieve higher downloads year after year.
• Maintaining a positive relationship with our partners and helping further their overall goals.
• Having a great attitude.

Candidates with the following will be more strongly considered:

• 2+ years client facing project management experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Degree in Project Management.

This is a full-time position with competitive salary and includes Medical, Dental, and Vision options. Additionally there is the opportunity to earn performanced based bonuses.
