Job Description

1. Discuss with functional leads to understand requirement/issue

2. Resolve critical tickets at Onsite.

3. Co-ordinate wtih client to understand issues

4. Co-ordinate with Offshore team for ticket assignment and clarifications

5. Should be able to solve issues related to ABAP, WDA, SRM WF, WF, ALE IDoc

6. Participate and contribute in upcoming project discussions with client
