About the role

Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Developer

Responsibilities:

Participate and contribute to the development of digital strategies aligned with business strategies.

Familiarity with the appropriate agile or waterfall methodology given the project.

Research and provide recommendations for digital technology roadmap.

Be involved and part of a team that is responsible for the overall design, build, implementation and maintenance of various web applications including our website and custom applications.

Establish and document the guidelines and standards for the development and support of custom applications/website

Lead and participate in all aspects of the development lifecycle: requirements analysis & definition, system design, implementation, testing, deployment, and sustainment to implement solutions

Manage adherence of third-party vendors and team members to development governance processes and standards

Conduct periodic assessments of security, backup/recovery, performance, load, and stress testing

Maintain and expand expertise in one or more technical skills through continuous self-study, training, and certifications

About You

Requirements:

3+ years of experience developing directly in the Salesforce platform

Experience building custom Salesforce solutions utilizing lightning web components and apex for complex business processes

Salesforce Platform Developer and Platform App Builder certifications

Ability to evaluate complex business problems and turn them into solutions

Experience developing solutions on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

API & Integrations experience

Experience testing and troubleshooting customizations, determining root causes

Ability to document and chart customizations in a manner that makes sense to both end-users and peers.

Passionate about the craft of software engineering

Knowledge of/experience with formal delivery methodologies

Experience with other technologies just as Java, JavaScript, and jQuery preferred

Good customer facing skills.
