RPA DEVELOPER I

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Enterprise Optimization Team at Bayview Asset Management is looking to hire a Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Developer. As the RPA developer you will be responsible for working with functional and technical teams to target various processes within the organization and enhancing overall operational efficiency and effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• This RPA Developer will be working closely with process experts and client resources to analyze and design solutions based on business requirements.
• Will develop, test and implement in-scope processes.
• Will be communicating with key business stakeholders on a daily basis.
• Will manage day to day system development and maintenance of RPA deployments.
• Ensure RPA solutions are built according to standards by enforcing process controls.
• Collect and report KPI’s and metrics related to automation(s).
• Drive maturity and capability improvements to the RPA program.

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES:

• Should have excellent programming/software development background.
• Excellent, proactive and creative problem solver.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.
• Should have excellent communication skills in both written and verbal English and have worked in global/multicultural environment
• Experience in one or more software development technologies is a key asset, such as: .NET or VB. UiPath experience is a MUST have
• Experience with waterfall and/or agile SDLC methodologies
• Good understanding and experience using Microsoft Office, including the ability to read Excel macros to translate them to RPA solutions and/or integrations

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in Computer Science, or other IT-related field
• Minimum job experience of 1-2 years developing software solutions or equivalent academic experience
• 1 – 2years of hands-on RPA experience required
