Requirements Manager

Job Description:

CACI has a new, upcoming multi-year program which will involve developing, integrating, and deploying software asset management systems and web applications within the IC.

As the Requirements Manager, you will identify, document, analyze, monitor and prioritize requirements as well as control change, communicating to relevant stakeholders. You will demonstrate your knowledge and experience in requirements processes and best practices for conducting requirements analysis for large projects.

Additional RESPONSIBILITIES may include:

– Define functional, usability, reliability, performance and support requirements of a system.

– Create and perform feature testing and determine environmental needs.

– Ensure the quality, development, review, approval, handoff, traceability and general tracking of end-to-end requirements.

– Defines detail design components with high level architecture blueprints.

– Act as a single point of contact for end-to-end requirements management for all project level requirements.

– Participate in defining the High Level Business Requirements

– Adheres to and enforces the Requirement Process including Collaborative Lifecycle Management (CLM*), Tools, Quality, and creation of mandatory artifacts.

– Perform high-level analysis and support related to statutory requirements and compliance, agency mission, strategic goals, business process reengineering, implementation plans, and/or integration of IT investment processes to other procedures and disciplines.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :

Typically requires bachelor’s degree and seven to nine years of related experience.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS :

Normal demands associated with an office environment. Ability to work on computer for long periods, and communicate with individuals by telephone, email and face to face. Some travel may be required.
