Product Manager - Remote

Coinvest is looking for a Product Manager to help people discover things they love and do those things in real life. You’ve got a technical background, and are comfortable going through some code to solve a problem. You understand how software development teams work, and how engineers think. Most of all, you love solving hard technical challenges to make a difference in the lives of other people. You will be empowered to set ambitious goals for your product and team. Your goals will not be easy to achieve; they should inspire and motivate the team to think big. You will not be compensated based on whether you deliver product features, but whether you have delivered significant business impact. You will define requirements, measure KPIs, track experiments and frequently ship releases. You will constantly create hypotheses for improving your product, test them, and learn from the results.

Responsibilities:

Lead product vision, strategy, development, success metrics and execution across a number of products and teams at Coinvest
Produce high-level product requirements and specifications, iterate with your design and engineering teams
Wireframe product user experiences
Manage the roadmap, refine feature ideas and maintain existing features to drive business goals
Set goals and drive constant progress against them
Coordinate across teams to maintain product and strategy alignment
Coordinate Go-To-Market Strategies for smooth, measured releases
Invest in team growth and morale to build not just a product, but a team
Adjust role specializations, process definitions, and other factors to improve scope control, quality, and velocity
Run projects end-to-end: work closely with designers and developers to build, and develop
Define, build business cases for, and prioritize new features
Work cross functionally with technical, creative, business analytics, marketing, research and corporate development teams on opportunities to accelerate growth.
Use qualitative and customer research and data analysis to communicate product vision to various stakeholders
Mine for risks and opportunities via data analysis, customer research, market analysis, etc.

Qualifications:

You have a B.A./B.S. with 3+ years of product management experience
Technical experience with a degree in computer science, or experience building consumer products is required
Ability to drive, contribute to, and communicate solutions to technical product challenges.
Strong technical architectural understanding of mobile and web products
Ability to think strategically and craft a compelling product vision
Have a creative and entrepreneurial spirit and consider yourself a strong operational thinker and are a self-starter
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and a structured, honest and rigorous thought process
Proven ability to lead teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
Empathy for user problems, and an ability to distill insights into the right product answer
Strong analytical ability and shown process of data-validated, hypothesis-driven, experiment-tested decisions
Passion for the blockchain, crypto and emerging technologies
