Process Engineer

Develop and improve processes to increase manufacturing performance, and maintain systems to ensure process control. Analyze data for process improvement opportunities, implement continuous improvement plans, and provide effective support to the production team and other business functions. Write SOPs and train operators on procedure to improve the effectiveness of our operation.

A four year degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or an equivalent will be considered. Experience or education in process and continuous improvement, quality systems, and high performance work systems required, along with leadership and excellent communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently, focusing on results, and maintains positive relationships. Complies with practices directed toward the pursuit of zero injuries, zero health risk, and zero environmental impact.
