Gazillion Entertainment is a developer, publisher and operator of massively multiplayer online games for

wide audiences, most known for the award-winning Action RPG / MMO Marvel Heroes 2016. Our team

of world-class talent is focused on developing a new generation of superior quality, massively

entertaining online games.

Gazillion is looking for a versatile PHP / Web Developer to become a member of our platform team. This

agile and highly productive team is dedicated to building central technologies and systems supporting

our massively multiplayer games. As a member of our team you will help take ownership of new and

existing features for our platform systems, integrate with external systems such as social networking

sites and existing internal systems as well as build new ones. We work sustainable hours and offer

competitive compensation.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3 years professional experience using PHP, HTML, CSS & AJAX to develop the front and back end of large scale web applications
• Demonstrated experience in a professional environment working with SQL and Document Oriented Storage (Mongo Db)
• Demonstrated experience integrating Payment providers in a commercial product
• Experience working with Magento
• Demonstrated design skills integrating multiple systems in a commercial environment
• Experience using BSON or JSON
• Experience working with PHP MVC framework such as Zend, CakePhp, or CodeIgniter
• Knowledge of Full Stack Web development
• Experience working with Javascript framework like JQuery
• Experience creating REST APIs
• Ability to identify and diagnose performance bottlenecks
• Bachelors Degree in CS or equivalent work experience
• Excellent troubleshooting / problem solving skills
• Self Starter who takes initiative and ownership of problems

Bonus Points:

• Experience with WordPress, Drupal
• Designed or contributed to UI Frameworks
• Experience using Protocol Buffers
• Experience using GO
• Experience with C++, and/or C#/.NET, and/or Java
• HTML5 and CSS3 experience
