Personal Assistant/Property Manager

Seeking a professional and enthusiastic individual who is able to multi-task in several different fields to include:

  • Electronic and hard copy filing
  • Tracking and ordering office supplies
  • Maintaining employee uniform supply
  • Reviewing and tracking property insurances to include communication with insurance company about renewals, claims, etc.
  • Assist with managing apartment complex to include tracking expenses, AP, reviewing budgets, acquiring bids for property repairs, etc.
  • Manage small commercial office complex to include leasing units, collecting rents, scheduling vendors for repairs, tracking expenses, AP and AR, reviewing budgets, etc
  • Run errands and make bank deposits
  • Maintain proper company records with the secretary of state

An ideal candidate is extremely organized, is eager to learn, able to adapt to multiple situations and people, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and has a professional and friendly personality. This individual must have reliable transportation and able to pass a drug test.

Required education:

  • High school or equivalent

Required experience:

  • Personal Assistant: 3 years
  • Property Management: 2 years
  • Assistant Property Manager: 1 year
  • Commercial Property Management: 1 year

Required license or certification:

  • Driver’s License
