PC Refresh Technician

Overview: Work in a corporate environment located onsite with one of our largest and most well-known customers. Position is in the PC Refresh / New Hire group and includes putting OS on client laptops, configuration of laptop and client data migration.

Techs will need basic technical ability to troubleshoot network issues and set up general software.

Tasks to include:
Troubleshooting of issues when they occur

Interaction with clients in person and also via phone / email / IM

Serving as first point of contact for escalations on troubleshooting issues from Level 2.

Managing and updating the ticketing system and database

Qualifications:
3-5 years technical experience desired

Requires knowledge of Microsoft suite (Outlook, Excel and Word primarily) and Windows; at least Windows 7, preferably Windows 8 and Windows 10

Shipping and receiving, as well as asset tracking and management skills needed

Must have excellent customer service skills and excellent written / verbal communication skills

May be required to walk / sit / stand / crawl / kneel for extended periods.

Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. solo
