Payment Center Specialist / Customer Service Representative

Universal Lumpers has been the Leading Legal Lumping Service since its start in Denver, CO in 1985. We have now grown to 6 different states, and over 30 locations, and we are looking to hire enthusiastic, hard-working, team-oriented individuals for our Denver, CO home office location!

Job Scope:

• Take inbound/outbound calls
• Process over the phone payments
• Ability to multitask
• Answer questions and provide solutions
• Accurately Balance Collected payments
• Keep calm and professional demeanor over the phone

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent is preferred
• Experience in a call center support environment ideal
• 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service related position
• Bi-lingual in Spanish highly preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications skills
• Must be able to perform exceptionally in regards to attendance, and communicate clearly and in accordance to company policy for any scheduled shifts that may need to be missed.

Schedule :

• M – F 4:30 pm – 1:00 am

$12.00/ hour PLUS Pay for Performance Bonuses!
