Order Processing / Customer Service

REQUIREMENTS:

* High school diploma or equivalent

* At least one year customer service / order desk experience

* Computer skills

* Skills to perform mathematic equations

* Skill to measure parts using rulers and calipers* Highly efficient typing and ten key operation

PREFERRED:

* Bi-lingual English and Spanish

* Industrial order desk experience

* Any experience with hydraulics would be very beneficial.

JOB DUTIES:

* Take orders by telephone.

* Follow up on quotes.

* Learn and convert multiple part numbering systems.

* Process orders and other related duties.

* Attain knowledge about hydraulics to assist customers with questions about our products.

HOURS: Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
