Onsite or Offsite Bookkeeper

We are looking for employees or subcontractors who are masters of QuickBooks to add to our growing team of Bookkeepers and Consultants.

We are seeking experienced professionals who will enjoy providing bookkeeping services, accounting consulting, file correction/catch-up and improvement, customized QuickBooks setup and training to multiple businesses and non-profit organizations in the Twin Cities. WE DON’T DO TAXES, but work in partnership with multiple CPAs.

In addition to providing services, we are also an Intuit Premier Reseller. This provides our employees the opportunity to make significant commissions on top of their hourly rate. Commissions are paid for managing account, bringing clients in and selling QuickBooks (as well as related apps) software & services.

Hourly wages to employees are as follows: $24.50 (Bookkeeping), $33.75 (Consulting on Pro/Premier/Mac/Online), $42.75 (Setup/Training Pro/Premier/Mac/Online), $56.25 (Setup/Training Enterprise/POS), $67.50 (Enterprise Advanced Inventory, Advanced Reporting, Advanced Pricing, and FSM setup/training/consulting).

Required Skills:

Mastery of QuickBooks software.

5 or more years of accounting/bookkeeping experience.

An accounting degree. significant accounting/bookkeeping coursework, &/or significant work experience in QuickBooks.

Knows how to locate problems in a QuickBooks file and fix them.

Is independent and takes initiative.

Can communicate well with business owners and nonprofit directors.

Good computer skills.

Microsoft Office software ( Word/Excel )

Ideal expertise/certifications: Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Someone with business savvy, Certified in: QuickBooks Pro/Premier, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks for Mac, QuickBooks Online. Someone who has experience with inventory management and job costing. Teaching/Training experience. Nonprofit experience. Experienced with QuickBooks conversions from other software. Familiar with app integration in Quickbooks.
