Media Buyer

First Media is a millennial focused media company and one of the TOP 10 publishers on Facebook, with 1.9 billion monthly views and more than 52 million fans. We are growing our Paid Facebook Campaign team by adding an additional Facebook Campaign Manager in Los Angeles. This is a great opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a massively -growing top tier social media publisher. First Medias branded content spans multiple verticals including food, beauty, parenting, home décor and others.

Responsibilities:

• Continuously measure and optimize campaign performance
• Define in partnership with the BI team, key standards of performance for each campaign
• Strategize, Execute, and Manage a variety of client Facebook ad campaigns from concept to completion with full analysis. · Must be comfortable talking through these findings and the scope of the campaign.
• Develop marketing strategies and marketing plans to support and achieve the client’s business objectives
• Leveraging our real-time data dashboards to communicate campaign performance to clients
• Develop and evaluate methods for collecting data, such as surveys, questionnaires, and options polls that best fit our audience/ internal team members
• Gather data on consumer, competitor, and market conditions
• Prepare reports and present result to clients and management

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience working with Paid Facebook advertising (large scale)
• Google Analytics
• Ability to utilize or create new dashboards to gather pertinent KPI’s
• Ability to juggle multiple projects at once- this will be a very fast paced environment
• Analytically driven
• Strong Team player- this role will collaborate with multiple departments
• Ability to present ideas/findings internally and externally
• Mailchimp experience
