We are seeking a full-time mid-level Manager Trainee to join our Minneapolis team. The exceptional candidate can expect the potential for growth within the position, the department, & the company. The primary functions of this position are:

• Increase client base within the territory through strong referral culture

• Train & motivate team to assure adequate territory coverage

• Maintain product knowledge & continuously improve operations

• Identify & target significant new Product & Market growth opportunities

• Assist in strategic planning, forecasting & budgeting

• Complete annual marketing plan

• Implement cost effective sales programs & complete projects on time

• Attend three company conferences (may be outside USA)

Required Skills & Abilities:

• 2+ years related experience servicing customers

• Excellent communications skills, both verbal & written

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

• Organizing, planning, & analyzing abilities

• Team player & training/coaching abilities

Salary: $45,000.00 to $60,000.00 /year
