Lead Full Stack Developer (W2 Only; Onsite Atlanta; US Citizen/EAD Only)

Fortune 500 company, looking for an accomplished problem solver, who excels at using mixed technologies, to Lead a team of 5 – 10 developers in a highly collaborative environment. You will take the lead in driving software solutions that have a direct impact on our client’s profitability. You will need to understand the big picture, but relate to details enough to interact and motivate your developers. You can work on site In Atlanta, GA 5 days a week

You have the technical know-how:

5+ years Java experience, working in mixed technologies in an enterprise environment, in teams with more than 5 developers
5+ years REST/SOAP Webservice implementation experience
3+ years working with modern front-end technologies
Proficiency in JDBC, JNDI, SQL
Experience with large enterprise-scale relational databases (Oracle, DB2, Sybase)
Understanding of Spring Batch and other asynchronous processing frameworks
Experience with HTML5/CSS, Bootstrap, Javascript, jQuery, AngularJS, Jasmine, Spring MVC, and Node.js
Proficient in a Linux or Unix based environment
Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) Pipeline Experience a plus
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience in technology

You also excel at the following:

Working in a highly collaborative Agile development environment, which includes daily standups, pair programming, user stories, and test-driven development
Demonstrating leadership skills with code reviews, mentorship and product administration
Inspiring developers to write quality software
Decomposing complex problems into smaller workable components
Possessing an attention to detail and building quality designs, while performing under pressure
Driving technical talks to introduce new technologies to your team
Interacting with product owners to help drive technical aspects of product development
Collaborating with business partners, QA and other technical teams to meet company objectives
Defending your decision in large, diverse groups
