Lawson Developer

Jamaica Hospital Medical Center located close to JFK airport in Queens NY has an opportunity for Lawson Developer with at least four years relevant experience.

Responsibilities: Lawson Development

• 4GL Case Tools; Lawson v9 Security (LSA); Design Studio; Portal; JavaScript; Lawson Excel Addins; Process Flow Integrator(PFI); Lawson Business Intelligence (LBI);

Lawson Administration

• Performs problem identification and resolution; works with DBA and SysAdmin for the installation of patches and service packs; analysis/design and implementation of new Lawson Security role and its supporting classes; coordinate DB and OS maintenance with DBA and OS Admin; review logs to identify/resolve problem areas; supports troubleshooting of of Application and Web server, and LDAP administration

Programming Languages

• COBOL (NetExpress); PERL; Java; JavaScripts; C#; C++; shell scripting; SQL; Crystal Report XI

Database Environment experience to include

• ORACLE 11g R2; MS SQL 2000/2005

Operating Systems

• Windows Server 2003/2008
• UNIX – IBM AIX; Linux Redhat

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems and a minimum of 4-5 years Lawson programming experience.Healthcare experience strongly preferred.Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills and the ability to train end users.
