Junior Site Engineer

Junior Site Engineer, civil degree, 1-2 years relevant experience on RC frames. Good AutoCAD, setting out, QA and communication skills are required. You need to ideally have experience on RC frames working for RC frame contractors in London. Relevant CSCS card required. 2 years plus work @ £165-£175 per shift. Working for the Principal contractor.

The Project: Comprises a mixed Residential / Commercial development. Relevant experience in large D&B schemes is helpful to understand the complexity of a scheme of this nature. This project is just starting and will offer a fantastic opportunity to someone prepared to demonstrate enthusiasm.

The Project involves a change of use from offices to residential use on the upper floors and includes 200 plus high spec residential units, with commercial space underneath. Principal contractor role. Site based to offer accurate line and level setting out. You need good multi-storey RC frame experience, ideally through to fit out and handover. You must be self-motivated with good relevant previous experience.

Civil Engineering degree or similar preferred whilst experience gained on working on substantial projects is ideal.

Your Communication skills must be strong in both oral and written expression. Your role will involve working closely with the Site Team.
