Job Description

ZT Systems is seeking an entry level application support/developer to join our IT team. The working scope will be responsible for handling software related support tasks in our factory floor environment as well as involving in development cycle with our development team. The right candidate will be self-motivated, rapid response to raising issues, and possess a strong problem solving skills. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a growing team!

Responsibilities and Essential Functions

Provide software support for Production and Engineering departments

Need to involve in the software requirement collection, software development, testing and the deployment

Prepare work instructions for users and provide hands-on training as required

Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues and escalate issues internally as needed

Communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical team members

As an Information Technology and Systems team member, you may be asked, as new business needs arise, to accept additional tasks and responsibilities within the department, besides those detailed in this job description.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Strong verbal, written communication, and time management skills

Excellent troubleshooting, problem solving and analytical skills

Experience with C# and MS SQL is a must

Ability to track multiple projects and meet deadlines

Ability to work extended hours as needed for support or operational purposes .

Competencies

Ability to communicate complex technical terms using non-technical language.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related technical field.

Experience

1-2 years of experience in application support / development.
