Job Title: Java Developer

Job Description:

Creating new ideas, discussing options with Dev manager/BA teams to come up with efficient technical planning/strategies for optimal stability and performance of multiple CRM systems

Contribute to Architecture, design and keep abreast of both business and technology trends, innovations, and developments in the Java/GUI space.

Providing technical leadership and mentoring of the team, managing high quality software development. Create a work environment that encourages team members to contribute and do their best.

Identify the drivers, strategies and needs of clients from a technology perspective and puts in place plans to address should have demonstrated experience in completing projects on tight schedules.

Skills:

• Web – JavaScript, Java, .Net
• Middle tier – Rules Engine, BPM, ESB
• Database – (Oracle, Sybase, MongoDB/Elastic)Spring and Hibernate with annotations
• HTML/CSS/JavaScript experience.
