Java Developer

Front-End Experience:

• 6 years of experience in creating and deploying user-facing interfaces in an agile environment
• Experienced with Open Source technologies
• 4 years of experience with each of the following:
• Writing front end using Java Script
• Consuming RESTful APIs
• Developing software using test-driven development (TDD) approach

Java/Open Source Backend Experience:

• 4 agile software development projects
• 6 years of experience in at least four of the following skills:
• Experience on a modern open source DB such as PostGres
• SQL and SQL optimization
• Secure RESTful JSON based APIs
• Test-driven development
• Continuous build processes
• Load and Performance testing
• Enterprise user authentication Tools
• Modern security, monitoring, and logging practices for system administration

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $55.00 to $60.00 /hour
