IT Technology Collaborator

Develops and implements technology-related educational materials as well as conducts training sessions throughout the organization. Leads cross-business technology team to test and recommend technologies to be used in the enterprise environment. Demonstrates proper operation of computer technology and other hardware devices and instructs use and troubleshooting of system applications, resulting in increased productivity and minimized downtime. Responsible for placing safety as #1 priority in day to day work routine for self and others. Minimum Qualifications: -Bachelor’s degree in information technology (IT) or related field, or equivalent experience.

• Six years’ experience in information technology, including leadership experience.

Three years’ experience in training or education, including work with PowerPoint presentations and videos preferred. Job Responsibilities 1. Create and deliver training and development programs to all levels of end-users and IT staff.

2. Develop training programs, including online and video training. Create outlines, text, handouts, and exercises.

3. Coordinate and maintain training schedules for enterprise-wide trainings.

4. Lead cross-business early adaptor team to identify system and training needs and test potential applications in relation to existing enterprise applications.

5. Provide trainee support one-on-one or one-to-many, as needed.

6. Observe, and report on, employee trainee progress and program effectiveness.

7. Keep abreast of emerging technologies related to assigned areas of responsibility and seek ways to improve efficiencies.

8. Performs other tasks and special projects as assigned.
