As part of our elite team, you will work with all levels of the business and end users, ensuring IT deliverables align with business requirements, with measurable results. Primary Responsibilities:
Work in the analysis phase of the system development

Consult with end users to evaluate business requirements and transform them into design specifications

Evaluate existing or proposed systems and prepare detailed specifications

Helps to define business processes

Industry thought leader

Practice SME

Develops solutions that transform the industry

Required Qualifications:
Undergraduate degree in applicable area of expertise or equivalent experience

5 or more years of experience in IT Solution Delivery and architecture

5 or more years of full-lifecycle application development experience

Deep understanding of data analysis

Experience with HL7, EDI, X12 and industry standard transactional format

Knowledgeable in ICD9, ICD10, LOINC, SNOMED and industry standard coding systems

Preferred Qualifications:
Health care industry experience

Experience in building multi-tier applications using .NET, Java or equivalent technology

Clinical experience

Experience with Ontology

Experience with PostgreSQL

Data Modelling experience

Agile development experience

Team leadership or team management experience

Experience prototyping and performance tuning applications deployed across multiple operating systems, languages and computing platforms
