IT Manager

AST runs most of its internal applications on the Cloud including Oracle NetSuite ERP, Salesforce and SharePoint. We are looking for a full-time IT manager who will oversee and support our internal applications. The IT manager shall be based in Naperville, IL and responsible and accountable for the smooth running of our computer systems within the limits of requirements, specifications, costs and timelines. You will supervise the implementation and maintenance of our company’s computing needs in back-office ERP, CRM and networking.

Requirements/skillsets:

Ability to plan and prioritize work and handle multiple priorities and ability to direct other staff members

Manage information technology and computer systems

Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT and electronic data operations

Knowledge of back office applications including Time and Expense Reporting and ERP systems, Networking.

Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures

Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems

Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy

Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time

Coordinate NetSuite ERP Applications support with third party support provider

Coordinate Help desk and Support Process

Review and maintain ISO 27001 certification requirements

Audit systems and assess their outcomes

Preserve assets, information security and control structures

Participate in annual operating budget process and ensure cost effectiveness

Experience required: 5 years’ experience with Information Systems and a Bachelor’s degree

Proven working experience as an IT manager or relevant experience

Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems

Ability to manage personnel and third party vendors

Adapt to new projects quickly with a can-do, jump-right-in attitude

Based out of a Chicago suburb

U.S. Citizens/Permanent and/or Canadian Citizens preferred.
