INTERN

"Bayview is looking for interns that are proactive, innovative, learning agile and have a bias for action. This particular internship will be in our Customer Experience department. The Customer Experience department supports all customer-facing operations in efforts to exceed customers’ expectations. We analyze customer feedback gathered from all customer-facing departments, regulatory agencies, the BBB and our customer survey program and we use this information to identify deficiencies or areas that need improvement. Using this information, we collaborate with every BLS leader to create and manage projects throughout the company. We are successful when business units we work with permanently mitigate or prevent mistakes, comply with government regulatory entities, and implement solutions to improve the service we provide.
From this internship, you will gain experience in:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare reports and dashboards to support loss mitigation group.
• Extract existing data to manipulate/calculate/format into presentable reports, charts and graphs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and events.
• Perform ad hoc analytical requests and research projects for internal parties.
• Special projects as assigned by management.

All interns are responsible for an end-of-internship presentation, covering the work you did and what you learned during your time at Bayview. Furthermore, we are always looking for fun, engaging, and meaningful training seminars to offer our interns.
