Integration Developer

This individual will coordinate and facilitate the successful implementation of data integration technologies and web services with new and existing WEX Health Partner accounts. This position requires the individual to interpret business requirements and apply that knowledge to existing product offerings, as well as provide technical direction to both internal and external stakeholders. The position will lead the partner through the full life cycle of the implementation including, analysis, design, test planning, technical configuration, troubleshooting, and deployment. The individual will be responsible for building and developing our partner SDK for web services integrations and defining tools and solutions to meet the needs of the technical architecture, both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will have strong programming and analytical capabilities with a desire for direct contact with clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide consultation to clients on technical aspects of implementation, and lead troubleshooting of technical issues during implementation.

Utilizes sound decision making skills and communicates well with other team members and business users.

Ability to understand client business requirements and recommend technology solutions to meet those needs.

Support clients through the testing of multiple systems integrations using technologies such as web services, file based integrations, and single sign on.

Provide insight to clients on testing and configuration best practices for integration technologies.

Consult clients on how best to retrieve data from the database, including reviewing and troubleshooting SQL and stored procedures, as well as recommending solutions.

Qualifications

Four year degree in MIS/CIS, Business Administration, Healthcare Administrative or related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to quickly learn, analyze, and resolve simple to complex issues related to in-house applications and products. Must possess the ability to interpret technical requirements.

Highly organized and detail oriented

Relational Database experience is a must (MySQL, Oracle, SQLServer)

Ability to enthusiastically work and learn independently and with a team.

Past experience with web technologies such as: REST/XML/SOAP Web Services, HTML5, ASP.NET

.Net, Java/C#/C++ or another object oriented programming language
