Implementation Consultant

JOB FUNCTION: Reporting directly to the Director of Implementation Services, the Business Analyst is responsible for Information gathering, data analysis, data mapping, and documenting business during the implementation process while working in cooperation

with company corporate staff, professional services, company learning and development staff, operations, field staff and clients. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: • Develop a training strategy with Operations and the company Learning and Development team • Work with customer

to analyze operational workflow and develop a Standard Operating Procedure that is in compliance with company best practices for the particular service line • Accurately and efficiently document site specific workflow • Assist with system access for all operational

users • Compile and distribute analysis documentation to identify the scope of the project based on the business service line. Provide customers with a detailed explanation of company processes and expectations • Review analysis documentation as outlined above

with customer • Monitor go live to ensure proper operational efficiencies are realized based on company site sustainability criteria • Efficiently manage project tasks and hours worked ADDITIONAL JOB COMPONENTS: • Participate in meetings as requested • Work

projects and tasks via VPN access however; onsite visits are also required as determined necessary

QUALIFICATIONS: • Associate or Bachelor’ degree from AHIMA certified HIM Program or Nursing Program. • Minimum of two years clinical experience reviewing medical records. • At least one of the following applicable credentials: MA, LPN, RN, CPC, CCA, CCS,

RHIT, PLUS an RHIA. Must be able to communicate effectively in the English language. Must have experience with electronic medical records (EMR) such as Epic, McKesson, NextGen, GE Centricity, etc. • Must have own transportation and a valid driver’s license

with a satisfactory driving re • Passing annual Introductory HIPAA examination. (Testing to be given annually in accordance with employee goal setting), along with other company required testing and online course requirements. • Knowledge of MS-Office at intermediate/advanced

level and at least one year experience.
