Our Employee Relations-Human Resources team is looking for a Human Resources Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team delivering HR support for the Enterprise.

Human Resources Service Coordinators serve as the initial point of contact for our employees, interacting with them on a daily basis in a fast-paced environment, assisting with a multitude of general HR needs and helping with a standard set of HR service offerings. This position is integral for directing incoming HR requests to the appropriate HR specialist teams, to delivery high quality, efficient service. There may be some additional support to the broader HR community and Boeing leaders with transactional and administrative activities to ensure the health and accuracy of our reporting structure. This position requires a professional demeanor, exceptional customer service, sense of urgency, and the ability to organize and prioritize.

Successful candidates are responsible for but not limited to the following:

  • Responding to general HR employee questions and providing policy and procedure guidance.
  • Serving as an employee advocate to identify resources for resolution of issues and concerns.
  • Instructing employees on the use of Human Resources self-service applications.
  • Creating ad hoc reports and providing data to support trend analysis and HR metrics.
  • Inputting HR transactions and supporting the broader HR community.
Positions located in Everett, Renton and Seattle on 1st and 2nd shift.
High school diploma or GED and typically 4 or more years’ related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Required qualifications:
  • 1+ year providing guidance regarding HR policies, procedures, processes and services
  • 1+ year working in a fast paced customer service related environment
  • 1+ year negotiating difficult situations with both internal and external groups
  • 1+ year analyzing data and metrics to identify future organization needs
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook
  • Experience developing queries, generating standard reports and interpreting data to address HR issues
Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Access
  • 1+ year working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
  • 1+ year working with senior level executives to provide communication counsel and coaching
